Paving Refurbishment

Block paving refurbishment and patio cleaning is a 3 Stage process -

Step 1: *The paved area is first cleaned using a professional rotary headed pressure cleaner to remove the build up of weeds, moss and general dirt and grime that may have built up over time. Any Oil and Diesel stains will  also be treated and removed at this stage.

Step 2: Once dry, pure kiln dried sand is then brushed into the joints to stabilise the paving from movement.

Step 3: An application of Smartseal acrylic block paving sealer is then sprayed* onto the block paving. This will increase the lifespan of the paving giving long lasting protection from the weather.

Note: The acrylic sealant is sprayed in a two coat application ensuring each individual block and sand is saturated and provides the most protective solution.

*It is always advisable to treat the paved area with weedkiller or fungicidal wash approx. 7-10 days beforehand.
